Photography rights

Images supplied by THE and other photographs are credited to THE or their respective rights holders. Notices do not transfer ownership or replace third-party licences. Some images have been enhanced, edited to remove number plates, or generated with AI assistance. Legal protection depends on the material and applicable law.

For permission to reuse THE-owned images or to report a rights issue, email info@thetour.pt identifying the image and proposed use or evidence. Third-party images remain subject to their licences. Uses allowed by law remain unaffected. Turismo de Portugal seals, institutional logos and vehicle trademarks belong to their respective owners. Vehicle photographs are examples, subject to confirmation.
